Hey! It's been a long time since I last uploaded new photos or wrote new journals. That is because a lot is going on lately! After the financial troubles of this autumn things start to have a nicer shape now, and maybe I'll have a chance to catch up with you guys around here soon enough.
Until then, here is some big news: I defended my thesis yesterday, and I became a PhD
For those of you interested in my thesis, here is the link:

My computer won't let me read your thesis, I'll try again when I'm on my other computer.
I'm sure it's absolutely fascinating though. When I do read it I'll tell you what I think.

Of course you're crazy. You're mad; completely bonkers. But you know what? All of the best people are.

btw is in your country PhD for everything? For example PhD biology, chemistry etc. ?
Cuz here in Germany we have Dr. Phil. especialy for humanities degree programms like philosophy, sociology etc. If you do here a doctor's degree in informatics or other natural science you will become Dr. rer. nat and so on.

We have separate PhD schools for most things! I have a PhD in informatics. We however use the same abbreviation for all kinds of doctors. Traditionally we used dr. for all kinds of doctors. Now days it's becoming a bit old fashioned to use dr. and instead we use PhD. instead.
